Keith Caywood, Owner
Keith Caywood, the owner of Caywood Builders, is a lifelong resident of Tennessee. Shortly after graduating from Middle Tennessee State University with a degree in business administration he started his home building business and has been a licensed contractor for over 17 years. Keith is only one of a handful of builders in Middle TN area who have obtained the coveted Certified Professional Builder (CPB) designation from the Rutherford County Home Builder Association. Also, Keith has earned the designations from the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) of Certified Green Builder, Certified Graduated Builder, & is a proud member if an NAHB Builder 20 Group. Continuing education is important in the building homes which most builders do not take into consideration. Keith’s 2 main focus with his clients & contractors is to have consistent communication and set good expectations – (Communication & Expectations).
Bill Dionne – Senior Project Manager
Clarksville High School Graduate
Resident of Rutherford County since 1986
Solid background in Residential Framing and Residential Project Management. Bill holds tight to the old building truth “Measure twice and cut only once.”
Lee Ann Richardson – Selection Concierge
As a member of the Caywood Builders Team, I assist the new home owners with all of their selections. Although I hold degrees in Chemistry and Biology with an emphasis in Education and have taught Advanced Honors Chemistry for thirty-three years, I enjoy the decorating component that Keith has offered me as the Selections Designer. Meeting with new clients to work through the process of building a home is a unique task, but the creative aspects far outweigh the challenges.
I am a co-owner of The Oak Shed which focuses on various items made of barn and pallet woods. I have been married to Michael Richardson for the past thirty-five years and have two adult children, Drew Richardson and Megan Richardson Bynum, married to Wesley Bynum, who all reside in the Murfreesboro area.
Lara Roden – Accounting
Lara has been a resident of Murfreesboro since 1997. She is a graduate of Oakland High School and has a degree from Middle Tennessee State University in Business Administration with a minor in Finance.
